The breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of salami, cheese, croissants, and homemade cheese bites. The staff was also very helpful and even printed my boarding pass for me. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to public transportation and easy to find after initially getting lost.

The cleanliness of the hostel left a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms were often flooded and had a persistent unpleasant odor.

I had a wonderful experience at this centrally located hostel in Sofia. The friendly receptionist, both during the day and night, was incredibly helpful and provided us with great recommendations for exploring the city and going out. The affordable price included a delicious breakfast with a tasty roll filled with cheese, along with tea, coffee, cereals, and milk. The hostel also had a computer available for use. The warm rooms and convenient location near restaurants, bars, clubs, and the metro subway made it an ideal choice. The owner was also very helpful and the facilities were clean and well-equipped. A highly recommended stay!

Amazing garden with a fun kids play area. The free breakfast, especially the freshly baked rolls by Kiko, was a good start to the day. The beds were comfortable and the towels provided were a bonus. Such great value for money!

The opportunity to use the washing machine for free was also a nice touch. my stay at Smart Hostel was pleasant and exceeded my expectations.
